1st post - Jersey fabric

Oh my word I could spend hours and hours browsing fabric stores online! Just had a quick mooch on Etsy this morning while I was making the kids breakfast and found these beauties.

First is this super cute whale fabric. Its 95% cotton and 5% elastine which gives it s great stretch and recovery.

Next, I found this feather fabric. This is probably a bit feminine for my brood but I still love it!

-This is sold by the half meter which I love for baby clothes in particular.

And finally, I found this cool camper van fabric which would have been ideal for some comfy shorts and t-shirts for the boys on our trip to Newquay in Cornwall last year. Maybe we can go back this year??

Hi and welcome to my blog! I thought I'd use my first blog post to introduce myself and what Im all about.
My name is Laura and I am from Liverpool. I am a children's nurse, and a mum of 3 (soon to be 4) kiddies and 2 gorgeous kittens.
I don't have a lot of spare time, but when I do, I love to sew, crochet and anything else crafty. Ive decided to write a blog, more for myself than anything else. I keep finding great websites, blogs, fabrics and patterns but before I get a chance to use them I always loose them. I'm hoping this blog will be an easier way to keep all the gorgeous things I find online in one place.
